What's proposed
T-K Production Co failed to make timely full annual rental payments on federal mineral leases. The lease totals 492 acres of federal minerals managed by the BLM and is located on BLM lands and/or private lands in Rio Blanco County, Colorado. The lessee subsequently paid the full rental value and submitted petitions for reinstatement of the leases within 60 days of termination as required. The parcels were originally offered by the BLM in the February 2014 Little Snake Competitive Oil and Gas Lease Sale.
